after many years of accomplishments.
We will preserve the memorial moment of
his last routine and provide one of a kind NFTs,

This project has been launched by Kohei Uchimura,
as a place for him to continue to embody
his aspirations,
even after he has completed
his athletic career.
He has always had a desire to share with
all people,
especially children,
the joy and wonder of gymnastics.
To commemorate Uchimura’s unparalleled
contribution
to the world of gymnastics,
we will shape his best moments
and memories
into people’s hands as NFTs.
As his first project, we will publish an artwork
created in collaboration with Dai Tamura,
an artist who is well known internationally
as an authorized illustrator for the NBA.

- KOHEI UCHIMURA × DAI TAMURA -
The artist Dai Tamura has drawn the world’s
one and only
Kohei Uchimura’s dynamic movement
which will be minted as a digital NFT art piece.
Uchimura’s aesthetic of “wowing the audience” is at the heart of this piece, and Tamura chose the moment of his landing, a moment Uchimura has focused on down to the millimeter throughout his career in gymnastics. By depicting the last moment of his performance, we aim to evoke to Uchimura’s fans the achievements and efforts he has made during his career as a gymnast.
With the dynamism of his artwork, Tamura hopes to bring dreams to the people who experience the painting of “the moment”.
Background :
The background depicts a series of movements in Uchimura’s performance when he won his fifth consecutive World Gymnastics Championships title in 2014, breaking the previous record. To highlight the landing scene, the work is composed of contrasting elements, which are stillness versus movement, and power versus grace.

Dai Tamura became global top artist after winning first place at the International Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA) Awards, the world championship of illustration.
He is best known for his dynamic drawing style using pen and color markers.
He is an NBA certified illustrator and has collaborated with many famous athletes and brands all over the world.
